Thought
of as a "Renaissance Man," he brings a strong and eclectic
background to the profession of coaching. Accomplishments along
his personal path have included being a master carpenter and furniture
designer, work in the entertainment industry—both in front
and behind the scenes, as well as ten years of experience with
people in the recovery of alcohol and drug addiction.
His
private clients range from top execs and university professors,
to young men getting out of gangs; from business partnerships
to couples figuring out their relationship. They all love his
mix of southern charm and big city irreverence.
Whether
it be a twisted piece of wood or a human being in the midst of
struggle, Darst has always had a knack for spotting and coaxing
forth the beauty within.
Darst
is the past President of the Los Angeles Chapter of the International
Coach Federation (icf-la.com) and proud to be a member of the
ICF and the Professional Coaches and Mentors Association.
