WHAT IS THE POINT?
We all have things in our lives that are easy for us; areas that are never a problem. We also have things that fall off the radar screen when life gets hectic and other things we tend to keep getting stuck around. Such is the state of being human!

When you work with Cynthia or David as your personal coach, you engage a true ally for your life and future. Together we will bring curiosity to your life. You will find what's working well and learn to build on it; find out what your seducers are that pull you away from joy and into struggle; and together we will discover your best ways to dissolve and disengage from the ick so that you can be freed up to powerfully, joyfully, create the life and results you want!

WHAT IS COACHING?
Co-Active Coaching is a trademark of the Coaches Training Institute: www.thecoaches.com. The following Four Cornerstones of Co-Activity are rather radical when you think about them. And they are the foundation of the work we do:

1) The Client Is Creative, Resourceful and Whole: Don't you hate it when someone tries to “fix” you? Ick, I want to bite people that tell me what I "should do"! Sometimes people think that a coach is going to fix you, give you advice, and tell you what to do. Some coaches do, but not a Co-Active one. I believe that you are more of a master in your own life than I will ever be; no one knows your life the way you do.

2) The Agenda Comes From the Client: We focus on what YOU want to focus on, not what we think you should be doing next.

3) We Work With the Client's Whole Life: Doesn't your health impact your work and the fun in your life? If you have money trouble that will probably impact your relationships. Of course. It all works together. When we work with a client we take everything into consideration rather than only focusing on one part of life.

4) We "Dance in the Moment," maintaining lightness, fun, and flexibility in the way we work, rather than having to adhere to a pre-formulated plan.

Another essential piece of Co-Active work is that the coaching partnership is a "Designed Alliance"; that's right, your coach consciously "designs" and talks through the way that you are going to work together so that you are on the same page from the beginning.
